Our young plants are sold exclusively through the broker network. A complete list of brokers can be found in our catalog and on our website. If you have not purchased from a broker and would like assistance in doing so, please contact our office for information.

Freight
- All prices are F.O.B Watsonville, CA.
- All freight is pre-paid and billed to the customer.
- Broker & Customer freight accounts may be used.
- We use FedEx and OnTrac for orders shipped by box.
- Trays are netted to ensure quality delivery.

Pallet Shipper
- We offer a palletized shipping system that is ideal for larger orders.
- CA, OR, WA AZ, UT, NV: 60 tray minimum per pallet ordered.
- Pallet shipping via refrigerated truck is available for all customers; please contact our office to discuss different freight options.

Order Changes
Product is grown to order for the customer.
- Cancellations and adjustments will be accepted two weeks prior to sticking or sowing of plant material
- No cancellations will be accepted after plant material has been sown or stuck.

Claims
- All claims must be reported within 48 hours. Please notify your broker immediately with any problems. Photos are always appreciated.
