Hydrangea macrophylla Bavaria

A bicolored mophead type of Hydrangea from HBA. Flowers are intense blue with white edging providing a dramatic bicolor appearance. Bavaria is a little more aggressive than most other HBA varieties so PGRs should be used to control height early on in production. Average forcing period is 11 weeks. To achieve intense blue color, apply Aluminum Sulfate to maintain pH at 4.3-4.5. Medium Habit.
